TUDOR: New model re-edition stainless steel Tudor Heritage Monte Carlo "Home Plate" automatic date chonograph bracelet watch, new. Large stainless steel case with bi-directional rotatable black calibrated bezel with knurled edge, knurled screw-down Tudor winding crown and screw-down chronograph pushers (all with black enamel caps), and screw case back with Tudor inscription, in unworn condition. Scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Matt black dial with grey sub-dials at 3 and 9 (45 minute counter and ordinary running seconds respectively), and calendar window at 6. Self-winding automatic chronograph movement in perfect working order and covered by the Tudor international warranty. Fitted with the stainless steel Tudor Oyster solid link bracelet with locking deployant buckle. The watch is also supplied with an interchangeable multi-coloured nylon band with Tudor crown pin-buckle. Box: original black lacquered presentation case, outer cardboard box Accessories: Tudor instruction booklet, numbered hang tag Documentation: red leather wallet and Tudor guarantee. Tudor revealed the re-edition of the iconic 1970 "Monte Carlo Home-Plate" (so-called because the lume markers on the dial are reminiscent of the bases on a baseball pitch!) at the 2010 Basel Fair, but these watches are not currently available in the UK or the USA. Original bronze-grey diamond-lattice textured dial with applied metal baton hour markers, subsidiary dials at 6, 9, and 12, and calendar window at 3. ROLEX-TUDOR: Very rare stainless steel French Navy military issue Tudor Oyster Perpetual Submariner watch, circa late 1970's. Large stainless steel case with bi-directional rotatable blue calibrated diving bezel (nicely faded and with some surface marks), polished case sides, screw down Rolex Triplock winding crown, and acrylic crystal, in very good used condition. Screw case back with Rolex inscription and crown, and the French military issue marks M.N. 79. in the centre of the case back. Fitted with the original matt blue tritium dial with bold luminous dot and baton hour markers, outer minute marks, and signed Tudor Oyster Prince, 200m=660ft, Submariner, and T-Swiss-T. Fitted with the original "snow flake" pattern hands and centre seconds hand. Nickel plated Tudor self-winding mechanism in very good working order. The watch is fitted with a grey NATO-style strap with white metal fittings. This is one of a number of Rolex-Tudor watches supplied to the French Navy divers and Special Operations forces in the 1970's. Supplied in a period Tudor presentation case and outer cardboard box. ROLEX-TUDOR: Very rare stainless steel South African Navy military issue Tudor Oyster Perpetual Submariner watch, circa early 1970's. Large stainless steel case with bi-directional rotatable black calibrated diving bezel, polished case sides, screw down Rolex Triplock winding crown, and high-dome "bubble" acrylic crystal, in very good used condition. Screw case back with Rolex inscription and crown, and case number in the centre of the case back. Fitted with the original matt black tritium dial with bold luminous dot and baton hour markers, outer minute marks, and signed Tudor Oyster Prince, 200m=660ft, Submariner, and T-Swiss-T. Fitted with the original "snow flake" pattern hands and centre seconds hand. Nickel plated Tudor self-winding mechanism, recently serviced and in very good working order. The watch is fitted with a black NATO-style strap with white metal fittings. This is one of a very small number of Rolex-Tudor watches supplied to the South African Navy clearance divers in the early to mid 1970's.
