Stainless steel case with polished stainless steel calibrated tachymetre bezel, screw down Rolex twin-lock winding crown, "pumper" chronograph pushers, and screw case back, in very good used condition. Matt black dial (tiny surface oil mark between 12 and 1) with three recessed silver sub-dials (with concentric circle background): thirty minute counter at 3, twelve hour totaliser at 6, and ordinary running seconds at 9; white-printed minute markers, and applied baton hour markers with luminous dots. Signed Rolex, Cosmograph, and T-Swiss-T. Polished steel baton hour and minute hands, steel centre seconds chronograph hand with white arrow tip, and black hands on the registers. Nickel plated Rolex jewel lever manual wind movement in perfect working order. Fitted with the stainless steel solid link Rolex Oyster bracelet (ref. 78350 with 571 end-pieces) with deployant buckle in fine used condition. ROLEX-COMEX: Very rare transitional model stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Submariner 300m Chronometer bracelet watch, made for the Comex diving organisation, circa mid-1980's. Large size stainless steel case with sapphire crystal glass, rotating diving bezel with black insert and brown tritium bezel-pearl, screw down "Triplock" winding crown, in original used condition with surface scratches and scuffs. Screw case back, engraved with the Comex issue number 61** in the centre, the original diver's name, and the date. Gloss black dial with white gold and luminous dot and baton hour markers, and white metal mercedes hands. The dial is signed Rolex, Oyster Perpetual Date, Submariner, 1000ft=300m, Superlative Chronometer, Officially Certified, and Swiss T-25, with the COMEX logo on the dial. Self-winding Rolex automatic mechanism, in very good working order. Fitted with the solid link stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet with Fliplock buckle, in original used condition.
